SBEM/Part L Calculations for commercial new
build.
SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) is a Government-defined process in accordance with Part L Building Control Regulations - all commercial new build now require this. The first stage (called the 'design' stage) needs to be completed and submitted to Building Control at the same time as your Building Control Application. The second stage (called the 'as-built' stage) comes into force when the build is completed and a 'pass' Certificate will need to be produced for Building Control. Each project individually priced, dependant on complexity and size.

Currently only required for publicly funded buildings >1000m2 but likely to change on the recast of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive next year, why not stay ahead of the game and order one now. Call for details/costs. |
